Product Description
WINEMAKING
Grapes were harvested exclusively by hand and soft-pressed. The
must was allowed to decant for 24 hours first and then fermented for
about two weeks at 18-20° C. The base wine was matured in steel
tanks and large wooden barrels on its lees for about 9 months with
frequent “batonnage”.
ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION
The color is bright yellow with green hues. The nose is elegant with
a flowery note. This wine is characterized by a full-bodied flavor with
an aftertaste of citrus fruit.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Pairs well with antipasti, soups, fish and white meats. Excellent as
aperitif wine.
Recommended serving temperature: 10-12° C.
