Product Description

WINEMAKING
The harvest was made rigorously by hand. The grapes were de-stemmed, macerated for about 2-4 hours and then soft pressed.
The obtained juice was done at cold decant for about 24 hours .

The fermentation took place in steel barrels at a controlled and constant temperature between 18°C and 20°C for about 2 weeks. The wine was then aged in stainless steel tanks and tonneaux on its lees for 9 months. During this time were made frequent ”batonnage”.

 

ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION

The color is straw yellow with greenish hues. Intense bouquet reminiscent of sage, elder flowers and exotic fruits. The palate is full bodied and with a pleasant softness.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

It goes well with risotto with first fruits and the first substantial and elaborate dishes. Particularly suitable to accompany seafood and shellfish.
Best served at a temperature of 10-12°C.
