Siamo una cantina in provincia di Messina, circondata dalle verdi colline che si affacciano sulle Isole Eolie.

I vini che produciamo sono l’espressione del nostro territorio. Ogni bottiglia porta con sé un tocco siciliano e riesce a far viaggiare i sapori, i colori e i profumi della nostra terra in tutto il mondo. Le nostre etichette si ispirano alle decorazioni e ai simboli della tradizione incarnando l’eleganza dello stile siciliano.

Con Vini Pintaudi vogliamo trasmettere in modo dinamico il concetto di “sicilianità” , un insieme di valori e tradizioni che si intrecciano tra arte, cultura popolare, cibo e soprattutto vino!

MARÉ

A ruby-red Nero d’Avola, A Maré intensely smells of red fruit such as blackberry, cherry and strawberry, and offers important spicy notes of tobacco, cocoa and licorice. On the palate there is pleasing flavor-aroma correspondence, with soft, well-integrated tannins. It is warm and enveloping. A Maré stands out for its pleasantness and elegance.
CIAULÉ

With its rosé color, Ciaulé offers hints of red fruit such as wild strawberries, raspberry, pomegranate and light spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh, with good structure and pleasant persistence of fruity aromas.
DAVÉ

Obtained from Chardonnay grapes, Davé has a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose it offers marked aromas of tropical fruit and citrus. On the palate it is pleasantly lively, with a flavoraroma correspondence enlivened by fresh minerality
MASCINÉ

Obtained from Zibibbo grapes, Masciné shows a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, an intense aromatic note stands out, in which floral and fruity hints of orange blossom, peach and grapefruit can be distinguished. On the palate, a splendid balance of acidity, body and alcohol is perceived, resulting in a fresh and enveloping wine, very persistent even in the aftertaste.
FOCUDERRA ETNA ROSSO DOC

Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes harvested at 750 meters above sea level are vinified to create a great Etna red wine, aged for at least 12 months in French oak tonneaux to best express the elegance of the northern slope of the volcano, a restless creator of the minerality that characterizes the typical Etna terroir and our family’s wines.
FOCUDERRA ETNA BIANCO DOC

Carricante and Catarratto grapes harvested at 850 meters above sea level and vinified using the cryomaceration technique best express the elegance of the northern slope of the volcano, the creator of the minerality that characterizes the Etna terroir and its wines. Perfect at 8–10 °C, it pairs harmoniously with light seafood dishes, enhancing the delicacy of fish according to the finest Mediterranean tradition.
BYE BYE BABY

From grapes carefully selected through harvesting in crates and subsequently checked in the winery, our Bye Bye Baby presents a delicate straw-yellow color, a fine and persistent perlage, aromatic and exotic fruit notes on the nose with delicate floral hints. On the palate it intrigues, with excellent balance between acidity and freshness that enhances its persistence in the mouth.
LADY KILLER

From grapes carefully selected through harvesting in crates and subsequently checked in the winery, our Lady Killer shows a bright, vivid pink color, a fine and persistent perlage, and a bouquet composed of notes of red fruit such as strawberry, cherry and raspberry. On the palate it is harmonious and fruity, with good sapidity and persistence.
SYRAH

With its deep red color and violet reflections, it envelops the nose with intense aromas of red fruit such as blackberry, wild berries and cherry, with notes of tobacco. On the palate there is excellent aromatic correspondence, with notes of blackberry and tobacco supported by a sensation of fullness and completeness provided by the body. A fine and well-balanced wine.
NERELLO MASCALESE

A wine with a pale ruby red color and violet reflections, characteristic of this wine style. It has aromas of red fruit with hints of blueberry, blackcurrant and notes of tobacco. On the palate it shows excellent aromatic correspondence, resulting in a harmonious wine with good persistence and velvety, pleasant tannins.
CATARI

With its lively white color and greenish reflections, our Catarratto engages the nose with a fresh and floral bouquet featuring notes of jasmine, Mediterranean scrub and citrus fruits that recall Sicily. On the palate it is fine and well-balanced, with perfectly harmonious flavor-aroma correspondence, offering sensations of freshness accompanied by pleasant sapidity.
GRILLO

Lively and brilliant, with a yellow color and greenish reflections. Our Grillo has a fresh and floral bouquet with notes of grapefruit, Mediterranean scrub and citrus fruits that recall Sicily. On the palate it is fine and well-balanced, offering sensations of freshness accompanied by pleasant sapidity.
MALVASIA

Malvasia Fortified wine, this wine is characterized by scents of dried figs, honey, peach and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is sweet but fresh, thanks to its salinity.
ZIBIBBO

Zibibbo Fortified wine, this wine is characterized by scents of caramelised apricot, citrus and honey. It is fresh and mouthembracing, with a balanced acidity, excellent salinity and a pleasant persistence.
