WINEMAKING
Grapes were harvested exclusively by hand and soft-pressed.
The must was decanted for 24 hours and then fermented for about two weeks at 18-20° C. The wine was matured in steel tanks and large wooden barrels on its yeasts for about 9 months with frequent “batonnage”.
ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION
The color is straw yellow with greenish hues. Pinot Blanc is characterized by an extraordinary elegance. The delicate smell of bread crust notes blend harmoniously with the fruity notes of apples and citrus fruits. The palate is characterized by a remarkable and soft fullness that accompanies a pleasant flavor.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
It goes well with cold meats, raw fish and meats, risotto and delicate soups. Recommended serving temperature: 10-12° C.
