WINEMAKING
Grapes were harvested exclusively by hand and soft-pressed.
The must was decanted for 24 h and then fermented for about two weeks at 18-20° C. The wine was matured in steel tank and tonneaux on its yeasts for about 9 months with frequent “batonnage”.

ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION

The color is straw yellow with greenish hues. The smell of bread crust notes blend harmoniously with a pleasant tropical note. The palate is characterized by a sapid and elegant flavor, the aftertaste is reminiscent of acacia flowers.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

It goes well with appetizers, fried fish fillets and shellfish. Recommended serving temperature: 10-12° C.
